Eu não quero acreditar, mas tudo junto parece até conspiração. Tentativa de limitar os poderes do ministério público, uma lei que proíbe funcionário públicos de falarem com a imprensa, criação de um conselho dos jornalistas, que, na prática, serviria só pra tentar amansar a turma. O engraçado é que as propostas por sí só não soam tão absurdas e, cada uma delas, tem motivos que se não são os que acho certo pelo menos parecem plausíveis. Mas assim, logo depois, um monte de inforção inoportuna vazar. Sei lá...

Li um conto do Sérgio Santana, que não conhecia, achei fenomenal. Chama-se notas de Manfredo Rangel, repórter. A estrutura mistura anotações, entrevistas e impressões do repórter sobre um político que me parece muito tipinho que já pisou no Planalto. O grande mérito é transformar uma coisa que tinha tudo para ser chata numa puta história. O conto está na relíquia Os Melhores Contos de 1973, que adquiri recentemente.
